Group Functions 10+

Tapas is a very social dining experience, ideal for groups celebrating a special occasion or maybe a long awaited gathering of family and friends or a night out with the girls… we’ve got everything covered!

For groups of ten or more we treat you with a ‘Mezze’.

Simply put, this is where you pay per head price either $40 , $45 or $50 and enjoy the night while our fabulous waiters bring dish after dish after dish after dish… (I think you get the picture)

NEW ‘2017’ Mezze

*** Mezze*** $40 per person… 10 courses ($10 extra per person for dessert)
– Eliopitas, traditional Cypriot handmade Olive Bread served with olive oil & balsamic
– Hand Cut Potato Chips with oregano & sea salt (GF)
– Greek Salad with tomato, cucumber, lettuce, olives, feta, lemon, olives, feta, lemon, olive oil & seasoned (GF)
– Meatballs braised in Italian Napoli sauce with basil & parmesan
– Lamb Souvlaki, traditionally cooked over coals & served with tzatziki (GF) 
– Cyprus Pita Bread
– Handmade Gnocchi, gorgonzola cream & fresh parsley
– Grilled Cyprus Haloumi Cheese served with shaved zucchini & fennel salad (GF)
– Beef Stifado, Greek style slow cooked beef, tomatoes, eshallots, cinnamon & parsley (GF)
– Sour Dough Crumbed Calamari with fresh lemon & aioli
– Crab & Zucchini Fritters, crab claw meat, shredded zucchini & lemon, fried golden on a harissa aioli

– Warm Toasted Bruschetta, vine ripened tomatoes, basil & balsamic
– Breaded Spanish Olives fried till golden filled with 3 cheeses & ground almonds served with aioli
– Hand Cut Potato Chips with oregano & sea salt (GF)
– Lamb Souvlaki, traditionally cooked over coals & served with tzatziki (GF)
– Greek Salad with tomato, cucumber, lettuce, olives, feta, lemon, olives, feta, lemon, olive oil & seasoned (GF) 
– Cyprus Pita Bread

– Octopus, marinated, slow cooked then charred over coals, served rustic with lemon (GF)
– Roasted & Glazed Beetroots, feta, yoghurt, cumin & fennel seeds (GF)
– Crab & Zucchini Fritters, crab claw meat, shredded zucchini & lemon, fried golden on a harissa aioli 
 
***Dessert*** 
– Loukoumades, light & airy ‘Honey Puffs’, drizzled with honey syrup, served with melted dark chocolate for dipping
 
Gluten Free (GF)
A lot of our dishes are gluten free. See those marked with ‘(GF)’. Dishes with (GF*) we can replace the bread with a gluten free bread to make the dish GF. Please just let us know at the time of booking.

BYOC – Bring Your Own Cake

We encourage you to bring your very own cake! Our chefs will cut and serve with cream for $3.50ea or ice-cream and strawberry coulis for $5ea.

A Cocktail to Mark the Event

To make your event even more memorable or different our expert cocktail Bar Man can craft a signature cocktail – tying flavours with a unique cocktail name that will be exclusively available to your group. This at no extra cost – just the cost of the cocktail!

Seating Options

1. Couches – this is a more relaxed dining experience. The couches can accommodate 23 – 26 people depending on the arrangement.  Restrictions apply to weekend bookings.

2. Outside Dining – the outside dining on Friday and Saturday can accommodate tables of maximum 26 people.

3. Inside Bar area – this area can only be reserved on particular days and times, so please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Outside of these time slots we are happy to discuss larger group numbers in the outside dining area. We look forward to hosting your gathering at The Piano Bar.
