Tuscan Sunset – Brazilian Cachaca, Paraiso and Crème de’ Cassis teamee with pineapple juice, fresh passionfruit with a hint of lime served tall.

la Vita Bella – Crème de’ Cassis and Kings Ginger Liqueur mix with cloudy apple juice, lychee’s and agave’ nectar before being charged with sparkling Sasha, served tall.

Da Vincini Diamond – Herradura Reposado Tequila and Cointreau blends together with guava juice, Agave’ nectar, fresh lime and passionfruit, served short.

Summer-Zaki – 12yr Yamazaki Whiskey and Liqor43 accompany pineapple juice, fresh passionfruit pulp, lemon juice and a dash of bitters, served short. (3rd place in AUS National Comp 2010)

Sexophone – Mount Gay Barbados Extra Old Rum and Midori is shaken with Pineapple juice fresh lime and a touch of Orgeat syrup, topped with cinnamon sugar, served tall.

la Feista – Gin Marie, Blue Curacao and liqor43 are combined with cloudy apple juice, fresh mint, touch of egg white and fresh squeezed lemon juice, served short.

Vintage Sling – Russian Standard Platinum Vodka, Peach schnapps and Rubis Strawberry liqueur mixes with fresh strawberries, lime, cranberry juice and a touch of our home made vanilla sugar syrup, served tall.

The Gondola – Fresh Strawberries, Lime and Passionfruit are muddled in with Chambord, Liqor 43 and Cointreau, to then be shaken with Cranberry and Pineapple Juice, served tall.

Chilli Choc Chino – Warm the senses with this mix of fresh Chilli, and Espresso Shot and a subtle hint of Chocolate all shaken with Nikka Whiskey, Mozart Dark Choco Liqueur, Xocolatl Bitters and a hint of fresh cream with a Chilli garnish.

Woodford Fireplace Martini – Perfect winter mix with Woodford Bourbon, Mozart Dark Choc Liqueur, Frangelico, homemade caramel sauce, milk and nutmeg.
